The MAYHEM Ball grossed more than $100 million

On Monday (Sept. 29), Lady Gaga kicked off her the European leg of The Mayhem Ball at London’s O2 Arena. But even before the 24 shows in 10 cities across eight countries, 2025 is already a milestone year on the road for Mother Monster.

Taking into account the success of the tour’s first North American leg, extensions around the world, and the warm-up shows from earlier in the year, 2025 will be Gaga’s biggest-ever year on tour. According to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore, Lady Gaga’s 27 shows in the United States and Canada brought in $103.4 million and sold 378,000 tickets. That makes it the highest-grossing leg of any Gaga tour, in North America or otherwise.

Gaga Celebrates Fiancé Michael’s Birthday with Heartfelt Message

On Friday, Sept. 26, Gaga posted a sweet Instagram tribute to mark Polansky’s 42nd birthday.

The Grammy winner penned a heartfelt message to Polansky and included three photos of the couple embracing each other. One photo captured a moment between the couple kissing at a farm, with goats watching them.

Video: Unseen footage of Gaga planning cancelled 2009 ‘Fame Kills’ tour

A new documentary shows previously unseen footage of Lady Gaga planning the joint tour she and Kanye West were due to embark on in 2009. The ‘Fame Kills’ tour would have seen Gaga and West co-headline a series of dates across North America in support of the pop star’s ‘The Fame Monster‘ EP and the rapper’s ‘808s and Heartbreak‘ album.

The planned tour never took place, however. It was cancelled shortly after West interrupted Taylor Swift‘s winner’s speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. No reason was given for the cancellation at the time.

Gaga Extends ‘Mayhem Ball’ Tour With 2026 North American Dates

Two days after her four big wins at the 2025 MTV VMAs, Lady Gaga has announced a second North American leg of her “Mayhem Ball” tour. The new dates, which follow jaunts in Europe, Australia and Japan, launch on Valentine’s Day, 2026 (February 14), with two nights at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ, and continue across the continent, with return engagements at New York’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ Forum.

Produced by Gaga and Michael Polansky, the tour features direction by Ben Dalgleish (Human Person), creative direction by Gaga, Polansky, Goebel and Human Person, choreography by Goebel, and costumes styled by Hunter Clem, Gaga’s sister Natali Germanotta (Topo Studio) and Hardstyle.

Lady Gaga Performs Stripped-Down “Vanish Into You” on Colbert’s The Late Show!

Lady Gaga stopped by The Late Show to perform her song “Vanish Into You.” Hot off her win for Artist of the Year at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night, Gaga performed an intimate, emotional rendition of the piano-led ballad.

“Vanish Into You” appeared on Lady Gaga’s most recent LP, Mayhem, which dropped in March. The song was written by Gaga alongside Andrew Watt, Henry Walter, and Michael Polansky, and produced by Gaga with Watt and Cirkut. The track was notably the first song she wrote for the album and seemingly references her fiancé Michael Polansky. “In ‘Vanish Into You,’ I imagine that I just want to disappear into the person I love most,” the singer told ELLE.

Lady Gaga wins 4 MTV Video Music Awards!

Lady Gaga made it from UBS Arena to Madison Square Garden just in time to kick off her latest Mayhem Ball concert after making a brief stop at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. The musician stayed for the beginning of the show to accept the award for Artist of the Year, but also won in the technical categories for Best Direction and Best Art Direction. When she hit the stage at MSG, she brought her three new VMAs trophies with her.

During “Perfect Celebrity,” a part of the set where Gaga rolls around in a box full of sand, she positioned the shiny silver Moon People as props. “Find my clone she’s asleep on the ceiling now/Can’t get me down,” she sang while thrusting one award towards the camera. “You love to hate me/I’m the perfect celebrity.” She threw handfuls of sand at the awards and choked out the skeleton positioned next to her. It was the kind of theatrics that made her VMAs history so unforgettable.

The 18-time VMA winner is technically also performing during the show in a segment filmed at MSG, and the vibe will be ~Mayhem~. (Note: It’s also possible that Gaga could perform her new track, “The Dead Dance,” which dropped several days before the VMAs on September 3 in conjunction with the second half of Wednesday season 2.)

Either way, Gaga is nominated for 12 Video Music Awards this year, so let’s go through them shall we? She’s up for Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Collaboration, and Best Pop for “Die With a Smile; Artist of the Year; Best Album for Mayhem; and Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Choreography, Best Visual Effects, and Best Editing for “Abracadabra.”

Lady Gaga to Appear on Stephan Colbert

Lady Gaga is scheduled to appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert this coming Monday, September 8, marking her first visit to the program in nearly five years. She is slated to perform during the episode, which will also feature actor Cillian Murphy.

The booking was announced Thursday, less than 24 hours after Gaga abruptly canceled a Miami stop on her Mayhem Ball tour. The singer was forced to pull the show with just minutes before it began due to vocal cord strain that her doctor and vocal coach said carried “significant risk” if she performed.
