MAYHEM Returns to the Billboard 200

MAYHEM is back! Lady Gaga’s 2025 album has re-entered the Billboard 200 this week, its first time on the chart since June.

This week’s appearance, at No. 30, is the album’s 64th week on the chart. That’s an impressive run for an album that debuted at No. 1 in March 2025.

One of Her Longest-Charting Albums

With 64 weeks, MAYHEM is now one of the longest-charting albums of Gaga’s career. Only The Fame, the A Star Is Born soundtrack and The Fame Monster have spent more weeks on the Billboard 200. It has also passed Born This Way.

Why Now?

There’s no official reason for the comeback, but fans have a few theories. With Halloween around the corner, the album’s darker, gothic sound fits the season perfectly. Gaga also recently had fans talking when she replied “Don’t worry” to a fan asking for new music on TikTok.

The MAYHEM Era Isn’t Over Yet

From the No. 1 debut to Grammy wins, The MAYHEM Ball tour and MAYHEM Requiem, this album keeps on giving. And with Grammy nominations coming on November 16, it might not be the last we see of it on the charts.
